Here you will find guidance whatever size you need. All items in our shop are in S, M, L, XL divided.
Regardless of the information here is of course your habits, experiences and preferences in the foreground. Therefore, this table only as a small guide.
Basically it is up to you to decide, whether you like a "close cut of snugger fit" size, or a looser size. If you are in between sizes, then size up to the next largest, rather than size down to the smaller one.
